由于铝合金具有十分高的比强度、耐用、经济、易于加工、抗腐蚀、高韧性等特点,已经广泛运用于各种高强度结构零件的建造当中。然而,铝合金的晶粒尺寸就力学性能来说,是有十分重要影响的。如果铝合金内部的粗晶粒较多并且达到一个显著地步的话,其就会使相应的锻件的使用性能和寿命大大降低。经过大量的试验我们发现,锻造温度和变形程度都会给铝合金锻件晶粒的组织产生一定的影响。本文就是基于这种影响来进行分析和介绍,以期为相应的研究提供一定的借鉴意义。
As the aluminum alloy has very high specific strength, durability, economy, easy processing, corrosion resistance, high toughness and other characteristics, has been widely used in a variety of high-strength structural components. However, the grain size of aluminum alloys is very important for their mechanical properties. If the aluminum alloy within the coarse grains and more to reach a significant point, it will make the corresponding use of forgings and life expectancy greatly reduced. After a large number of tests we found that the forging temperature and deformation will give the aluminum alloy forgings have a certain impact on the organization of the grain. This article is based on this influence to analyze and introduce, with a view to provide some reference for the corresponding study.
