目的:观察1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎并心力衰竭时对心肌肌钙蛋白I的影响。方法:124例心力衰竭患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组62例。两组均给予常规抗感染、西地兰强心、利尿、扩管降低肺动脉高压、供氧等处理,治疗组在此基础上加用1,6-二磷酸果糖0.2g/(kg.d)静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程3~5 d。分别于入院时及治疗4 d后检测血浆心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)浓度和磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)活性。结果:治疗后4 d两组cTnI和CK-MB均有不同程度的下降(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组cTnI和CK-MB显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:1,6-二磷酸果糖辅助治疗肺炎并心力衰竭,能及早改善患儿呼吸功能,纠正患儿心力衰竭。
Objective: To observe the effect of fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP) on cardiac troponin I in infants with pneumonia and heart failure. Methods: 124 cases of children with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. After treatment, the cTnI and CK-MB in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fructose - 1, 6 - diphosphate is an adjuvant therapy for pneumonia and heart failure, which can improve respiratory function in children and correct heart failure in children.
