从行业报刊杂志上常看到各地有不少石油公司在大量收购系统外加油站的消息。通过收购加油站,不仅可快速发展石油及石化两大集团终端销售网点,扩大市场占有率,增强社会竞争力,以应对加入WTO的挑战;同时,立足现在,着眼于未来,可保证在与跨国石油集团的竞争中立于不败之地,保证国家的经济命脉掌握在自己手中。但是,如果收购不当,可能适得其反。故在具体收购过程中要把好关,避免优良资产转为不良资产,造成“废品回收”。
