以红土镍矿为原料,配加还原剂、熔剂和添加剂制成含碳球团,在高温下进行还原和熔分,制取含镍粒铁。对红土镍矿制取粒铁过程的脱硫机理进行了研究,并结合试验分析了还原熔分温度、时间、石灰石添加量和MnO添加量对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:还原熔分温度、时间、石灰石添加量都能在一定程度上影响粒铁硫含量和脱硫率,但效果不显著;MnO添加量对脱硫效果影响显著,当MnO添加量从0增加至3%时,粒铁的硫含量由0.13%降至0.06%,脱硫率由51.4%增至77.6%,脱硫效果明显提高,且添加MnO对粒铁中Ni、Fe品位和Ni、Fe回收率影响较小。
Nickel laterite ore as raw material, with reducing agent, flux and additives made of carbon pellets, reduction and melting at high temperature, the preparation of nickel-containing iron particles. The desulfurization mechanism of lateritic nickel ore was studied, and the effect of reduction melting temperature, time, limestone addition and MnO addition on the desulfurization effect was analyzed. The results show that the reduction temperature, the time and the addition of limestone all affect the iron content and the desulfurization rate to some extent, but the effect is not significant. The addition of MnO has a significant effect on the desulfurization efficiency. When the addition amount of MnO increases from 0 3%, the sulfur content decreased from 0.13% to 0.06%, the desulfurization rate increased from 51.4% to 77.6%, and the desulfurization efficiency increased obviously. Adding MnO affected the Ni, Fe grade and Ni, Fe recovery rate Smaller.
