目的探讨环境支持策略对高职院校医学生锻炼意向到行为转变的干预效果,为促进医学生体育锻炼行为的形成提供参考。方法采用分层抽样法抽取宁波市某高职医学院校护理、助产、口腔、康复、检验等专业学生60名,分成实验组与对照组,各30人,实验组采用同伴支持、动机访谈技术支持、信息支持等环境支持策略,进行为期3个月干预,对照组不给予任何干预措施。结果干预后实验组高职院校医学生体育锻炼行动期人数(28人)多于对照组(4人)(χ~2=38.57,P<0.01)。干预后实验组身体运动量得分(32.10±24.33)高于干预前(19.00±13.96)(t=-2.56,P<0.05)和对照组(20.80±17.81)(t=2.05,P<0.05)。干预后实验组体育锻炼行为总分及各个维度得分均高于干预前与对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论环境支持策略能促使高职院校医学生从意向期向行为期转变。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of environmental support strategies on intention to behavior change of medical students in higher vocational colleges and to provide reference for the formation of medical students’ physical exercise behaviors. Methods Totally 60 professional majors including nursing, midwifery, oral cavity, rehabilitation and test in a higher vocational medical college in Ningbo were stratified and divided into experimental group and control group with 30 in each. The experimental group adopted peer support, motivation interview Technical support, information support and other environmental support strategies for a period of 3 months of intervention, the control group did not give any intervention. Results Compared with the control group (4), the number of medical students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ ~ 2 = 38.57, P <0.01). The scores of physical activity in the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group (32.10 ± 24.33 vs 19.00 ± 13.96, t = -2.56, P <0.05) and the control group (20.80 ± 17.81, t = 2.05, P <0.05). After intervention, the physical exercise scores of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group before intervention (P <0.01). Conclusion Environmental support strategies can promote the transformation of medical students in vocational colleges from intention to action.
