目的 :观察复方丹参注射液球后注射对缺血再灌注鼠视网膜的影响。方法 :应用前房灌注液体升高眼压的方法建立大鼠RIR模型 ,并随机分为防护组和对照组 ,防护组大鼠损伤前30min球后注射复方丹参 0 0 5ml,对照组球后注射生理盐水 0 0 5ml,两组均缺血 6 0min后 ,分别在恢复灌注 30min、2 4h和 72h后进行透射电镜 (TEM)和热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )表达的检测。结果 :再灌注 30min、2 4h、72h后防护组与对照组相比 ,病理组织学损害明显减轻 ,HSP70表达阴性。结论 :复方丹参对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤有防护作用
Objective: To observe the effect of post-ball injection of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on retinal ischemia-reperfusion in rats. METHODS: Rat RIR models were established by intraocular fluid injection and intraocular pressure elevation. Rats were randomly divided into protective and control groups. Rats in the protective group were injected with compound Danshen 0 0 5 ml 30 min before injury and in the control group. Normal saline 0 0 5ml, after 60 min ischemia in both groups, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) expression were measured after 30 min, 24 h, and 72 h of recovery perfusion. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the histopathological damage was significantly reduced in the protective group after 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 72 hours after reperfusion, and the expression of HSP70 was negative. Conclusion : Compound salvia miltiorrhiza has protective effect on retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats
