在高炉冷风管道上装上保温材料,以减少冷风热损失,这项节能措施在加拿大、日本等国以及我国的一些高炉上已得到应用。杭钢3号高炉(255米~8)冷风管道保温节能措施于1983年10月底投入使用,至今生产正常,效果良好。根据风机出口和热风炉冷风入口风温实测数据计算,每年可减少热损失约59亿千卡,相当于节约标准煤1053多吨。
In the blast furnace cold air duct insulation materials installed to reduce cold heat loss, this energy-saving measures in Canada, Japan and other countries as well as some of our blast furnace has been applied. Hangzhou Iron and Steel No. 3 blast furnace (255 m ~ 8) cold-air duct insulation and energy-saving measures put into use by the end of October 1983, so far normal production and good results. According to the wind turbine outlet and hot blast stove inlet air temperature measurement data, annual reduction of about 5.9 billion kcal heat loss, equivalent to saving more than 1053 tons of standard coal.
