央行新的房地产政策出台,将加强个人住房贷款管理,进一步扩大个人住房贷款的覆盖面;同时,为了弥补开发贷款市场上的利润损失,各银行更会加大个人房贷力度。那么符合我国国情、形式多样的、满足于各档次收入的住房消费者需要的住房还款方式,将有利于借贷双方的利益。鉴于此建议结合国外成功经验,引入渐进支付工具。
