Frank Fischer is a noted professor of political science at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and a research fellow at the Center for Global Change and Governance at the School of Public Administration. The author’s main research directions are: American Politics and German Politics, Environmental Politics and Policy, Public Policy Comparison, Policy Analysis, Public Sector and Administration, Democracy Theory and State Theory, and Social Science Theory and Methods. He has lectured in Germany, Australia, the Netherlands, Britain and China.
