目的利用ATP生物荧光法快速监测消毒供应中心器械检查包装人员卫生手消毒效果,规范包装区工作人员卫生手消毒间隔时间,减少二次污染。方法包装区16位工作人员洗手、手消毒后进入包装区工作,工作1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h后分别用ATP生物荧光法对手部进行检测,连续观察一周,保证每人平均被采样3次。结果工作1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h后合格率分别为95.8%、83.3%、66.7%和45.8%。结论器械检查包装工作人员一次洗手或者使用快速手消毒剂后建议最长工作2 h后进行快速手消毒,以减少手部生物负荷转移到器械表面,增加器械生物负荷量。ATP生物荧光法监测卫生手消毒效果及时快速有效。
OBJECTIVE: To rapidly monitor the disinfection effect of the sanitary hand of the packing staff by means of ATP biofluorescence, to standardize the disinfection interval of sanitary hand of the staff in the packing area and to reduce the secondary pollution. Methods Sixteen staffs in the packing area washed their hands and disinfected them into the packing area. After working for 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, and 4 h, their hands were detected by ATP biofluorescence and observed continuously for a week to ensure that the average per person was Sample 3 times. Results The qualified rate was 95.8%, 83.3%, 66.7% and 45.8% after 1 h, 2 h, 3 h and 4 h respectively. Conclusion After checking the packaging staff to wash their hands once or using the rapid hand disinfectant, it is suggested to perform rapid hand disinfection after a maximum working time of 2 h to reduce the hand bioburden to the device surface and increase the bioburden of the device.
