所有现代工业部门,都拥有会产生强烈振动的机器,设备及动力工具,而且这类振动还能传递给操作者。接触振动的方式可分为局部振动和全身振动。有些工种同时受到局部和全身振动的作用。当机体接触大振幅后,会产生不良影响,甚至引起病损。振幅越大,接触时间越长对人体的危害越大,振动病的发生越快。人体受振后,振动波在组织内的传播,由于各组织结构不同,其大小顺序为骨、结缔组织、软骨、肌肉、腺组织和脑组织。
All modern industrial sectors have machines, equipment and power tools that generate strong vibrations, and such vibrations can be passed on to the operator. The way of contact vibration can be divided into local vibration and whole body vibration. Some jobs are subject to both local and systemic vibrations. When the body contacts a large amplitude, it will have adverse effects, and even cause lesions. Larger amplitude, the longer the contact time the greater the harm to the human body, the faster the occurrence of vibration sickness. After the human body vibrates, the vibration wave propagates within the tissue. Because of the different structures of the tissues, the order of the magnitude of the vibration waves is bone, connective tissue, cartilage, muscle, glandular tissue and brain tissue.
