现有的L型车电装置中,发电机是直流的。它的附属品箱仅有自动开闭器和蓄电池转换器,无发电机电压稳定装置,利用平皮带的打滑来限制电机电压的增高。电压的变化范围较大,有时高达35~36伏,常造成蓄电池过充电。为了让老设备发挥作用,对原附属品箱进行了技术改进,用牛导体元件构成的KZK—1型控制箱取代落后的L型发电机的附属品箱,这种控制箱的接线原理如图1所示。
In the existing L-type vehicle electric device, the generator is DC. Its accessory box has only automatic shutters and battery converters. There is no generator voltage stabilizing device. The use of flat belt slipping limits the increase in motor voltage. The range of voltage changes is relatively large, sometimes as high as 35-36 volts, often causing the battery to overcharge. In order to make the old equipment work, the technical improvement of the original accessory box was carried out. The KZK-1 type control box made of cattle conductor elements replaced the auxiliary box of the backward L type generator. The wiring principle of this control box is shown in the figure. 1 shows.
