文章通过对贵州省平寨特大桥边跨现浇段新型现浇支架的设计计算及施工的方法和过程的介绍,将此方案与常用的另外几种现浇支架方案(满堂式钢管支架、万能杆件临时墩配贝雷梁桥式支架、粗钢管桩墩配贝雷梁桥式支架)进行了比较,可看出该方案的优点。这种支架方案对于连续刚构桥边跨现浇段较长、过渡墩较高(过渡墩位于水中或地形条件恶劣)的情况,具有经济、快速、安全的特点,可供类似工程的施工参考。
Through the design calculation and construction method and process of new cast-in-place support for piling-in-site in Pingzhai Super Large Bridge of Guizhou Province, the article compares this scheme with other commonly used cast-in-place support solutions Pole temporary pier with Berea beam bridge bracket, crude steel pipe pier with Berea beam bridge bracket) were compared, we can see the advantages of the program. This kind of scaffolding scheme has the advantages of economy, speed and safety for long-span cast-in-situ span and high transitional pier of continuous rigid frame bridge (the transitional pier is located in the water or the terrain conditions are poor), and can be used for construction reference of similar projects .
