心力衰竭是大多数心血管疾病的最终转归,致残率及致死率高,严重威胁人类的生命健康安全。OPG(Osteoprotegerin)又称骨保护素或护骨素,属于肿瘤坏死因子受体家族成员,在骨代谢过程中发挥重要作用,近年来关于OPG在心力衰竭发生发展过程中的作用已引起极大关注。本文查阅近年来国内外的相关文献,分别从OPG的来源及结构、OPG与心力衰竭相互关系以及心力衰竭的流行病学及研究现状等方面进行相关综述。
Heart failure is the ultimate prognosis of most cardiovascular diseases, with high morbidity and mortality and serious threat to the health and safety of human beings. Osteoprotegerin (OPG), also known as osteoprotegerin or osteoprotegerin, belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor family and plays an important role in bone metabolism. In recent years, the role of OPG in the development and progression of heart failure has drawn great attention . In this paper, we review the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years, and summarize the origin and structure of OPG, the relationship between OPG and heart failure and the epidemiology and research status of heart failure.
