锅炉燃烧调整燃用合山低质煤的合山电厂5号炉(PG-300/100-5型),在大修中炉室增设103米~2的卫燃带。在调整中从制粉系统入手,使成粉细度从R_(90)=12~30%范围稳定在12~17%;适当开大给粉机下粉挡板开度,维持正常下粉;并在配风上,针对个别火嘴附近挂焦现象,采用较高的一次风比,增加一次风刚度,从而获得较好的燃烧效果,使锅炉热效率由75.62%提高至86.13%,每年可节约原煤2.2万吨。燃用东罗、上林等低质烟煤的南宁电厂2号炉(WGZ-65/39-7型),在调整中找出了合理用风方式,对火嘴周介风及下二次风运行方式也作了调整,锅炉效率由82.63%提高至84.82%,每年可节约原煤
