The concept of anonymous fever is not documented in the medical dictionary. Sun Yet-chi University’s Hideo Ikemoto said that the so-called no-name fever refers to a “fever with a fever of at least 38 degrees Celsius for at least three consecutive weeks and is still not diagnosed exactly one week after admission”. According to the literature, the final diagnosis of anonymous fever is about 40% of infectious diseases, about 20% of malignant tumors, about 15% of collagen and vascular diseases, and about 15% of other diseases. Such as drug fever, fraudulent fever, another about 10% can not find other abnormalities in the narrow sense of unexplained fever. Recently, the authors looked at patients who met the narrow concept of no-name fever. They all used bupleurum, and in a very short period of time they were able to get fevers and cure them all. From the literature point of view, Han Fang’s medical treatment of fever with unexplained causes has a good effect. The following is the relevant literature and recent cases.
