适应山区小半径高坡度线路运用的转向架(以下简称山区型转向架),由北京二七机车厂于1992年研制成功。山区型转向架装在东风7D型机车上,已于1995年在黔桂线投入运营。运用实践和动力学性能试验结果表明,山区型转向架的轮轨关系良好,优于东风型机车,是目前国内较好的能够适应山区线路运用的转向架。本文对山区型转向架设计问题的提出、转向架主要技术参数、结构特点、与东风7型等机车转向架结构的比较及运用效果等作了简要介绍。
The bogies (hereinafter referred to as mountainous bogies) adapted to the mountainous area with small radius and high gradient lines were successfully developed by Beijing Erqi Locomotive Works in 1992. Mountain bogies mounted on the Dongfeng 7D locomotive, was put into operation in Guizhou in Guangxi in 1995. The results of practice and dynamic performance tests show that the mountain-type bogie has a good wheel / rail relationship and is superior to Dongfeng locomotives. It is currently a good bogie capable of being used in mountainous areas. This paper presents the design of mountain bogie, the main technical parameters of the bogie, structural characteristics, and the Dongfeng 7 locomotive bogie structure comparison and the use of effects were briefly introduced.
