利用Matlab编程,通过增加约束条件,优化计算得到ZnO、Si_3N_4、SiNO_(1/2)分别替代Nb_2O_5膜层的氧化铟掺锡(ITO)消影膜膜系。研究发现替代后的膜系透过率(大于85%)、颜色值(透过、反射光谱颜色呈中性),满足消影膜的要求。新的膜系降低了对膜系厚度的控制要求;扩展了消影膜系对高折射率材料的选择范围。
By means of Matlab programming, the indium tin oxide (ITO) anti-vanishing film system with ZnO, Si_3N_4 and SiNO_ (1/2) instead of Nb_2O_5 film was obtained by adding the constraints. The study found that after the replacement of the membrane transmittance (more than 85%), the color value (through the reflection spectrum color neutral), to meet the shadow film requirements. The new membrane system reduces the need for control of the thickness of the membrane system; it extends the range of choice for high refractive index materials by the diminished membrane system.
