为保证动车组的安全运营,动车组转向架装配完成后需进行轮重差检测,而转向架一系四角高度差将直接影响轮重差检测结果,所以理论上转向架一系四角高度差越小,说明转向架装配质量越高,相应的轮重差越小。但考虑整车设计的重心偏心以及转向架零部件制造尺寸误差等,往往不可能保证一系四角高度差在一个很小的范围内,那么在保证动车组安全运营的基础上,制定合理的一系四角高度差范围尤为重要,本文就从仿真分析的角度对某型动车组转向架一系四角高度差对车辆动力学的影响进行了分析。
