我国现行的职业技能鉴定工作体系是在新中国成立初期工人技术等级考核制度的基础上逐步建立和发展起来的,经过1987年到1993年职业资格等级制度的调整,到1993年7月形成了职业技能鉴定社会化管理体系,颁布了《职业技能鉴定规定》和《职业资格证书规定》,进一步促进了工人考核工作向国家职业资格证书制度转轨。作为从事职业技能鉴定工作者中的一员,结合昆钢员工及高职学院学生职业技能鉴定工作中的总结和认识,对职业技能鉴定质量管理方面提出一些不太成熟的看法。
The current occupational skill appraisal system in our country was gradually established and developed on the basis of the examination system of workers’ technical level in the early days of the founding of new China. After the adjustment of the occupational qualification hierarchy from 1987 to 1993, a professional career was formed in July 1993 Skills identification of social management system, promulgated the “Occupational Skill Appraisal Regulations” and “vocational qualification certificate requirements” to further promote the worker examination work to the national vocational qualification certificate system transition. As one of the workers engaged in the appraisal of occupational skills, combined with the summary and understanding of the occupational skills appraisal of Kunming Iron and Steel staff and vocational colleges, some less mature opinions on the quality control of occupational skills appraisal were put forward.
