中国人去年有三大喜:申奥成功;世界杯出线;入世如愿。都说二十一世纪中国要面对的是新经济,但这个新经济的定义跟外国不大一样,它不是单纯的互联网引发的经济现象。中国版本的新经济,对本土企业主来说,是从一个景象到另一个层次的攀升(图一),即从以前的凭感觉经验做事,到现在凡事都要讲求理性;从前欠缺数据,如今数据过多,且准确性又有问题;从前常有不规范操作,现在处处要求规范执行;中国传统游戏的方法,如以关系行事,如今必须遵守国际游戏规则。以上种种,或多或少,经WTO推波助澜,都面临着转型。WTO对于中国,绝非便宜的汽车和洋货那样简单。但有一点可以肯定,WTO将改变中国人的观念和游戏规则。很多人关注:中国加入WTO,明年经济会好转吗?问题似乎比答
