子痫前期是妊娠期高血压疾病的一种类型,病因及发病机制至今尚未阐明,其中滋养细胞行为异常起关键作用。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是指长度超过200个核苷酸(nt)非编码蛋白质的RNA转录本。随着研究的进展,人们发现lncRNA在不同水平对基因表达进行调控,影响滋养细胞增殖、分化、迁移、侵袭、凋亡及管型形成,导致血管重塑受损,从而引发子痫前期。本文旨在介绍子痫前期发病中lncRNA对滋养细胞的作用及其调控机制。
Preeclampsia is a type of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy, etiology and pathogenesis has not yet been clarified, in which abnormal trophoblastic behavior play a key role. Long-chain non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) refer to RNA transcripts that are non-coding over 200 nucleotides in length. With the progress of the research, it was found that lncRNAs regulate gene expression at different levels and affect the proliferation, differentiation, migration, invasion, apoptosis and tube formation of trophoblast, resulting in impaired vascular remodeling and preeclampsia. This article aims to introduce the role of lncRNA in trophoblasts in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and its regulatory mechanism.
