1986年北京工人体育场经第一次改造后,经过长期使用以及在温度应力的作用下,部分斜梁在梁、柱节点附近存在裂缝,因此采用了体外预应力加固技术对其再次改造,以增加斜梁的抗裂能力和强度。对北京工人体育场看台斜梁采用体外预应力加固的结构体系,确定施加预应力大小的计算原则,转向块的设计以及施工过程和施工工艺进行介绍,表明了体外预应力加固方法的优越性。
After the first transformation of Beijing Workers' Stadium in 1986, after long-term use and under the effect of temperature stress, some of the inclined beams have cracks near the beam and column joints. Therefore, they have been reengineered with external prestressing reinforcement technology to increase Anti-cracking ability and strength of inclined beam. The structural system of prestressed reinforcement of Beijing Workers' Stadium stands and prestress reinforcement, the principle of calculating prestressing force, the design of steering block and the construction process and construction process are introduced. The superiority of the prestressed reinforcement method is demonstrated.
