“仰卧推起成桥”是小学体育课体操教学规定的项目之一。在长期的教学实践中,发现部分学生因为先天柔韧素质差或练习方法不当,导致在学练过程中出现了肌肉或者韧带损伤。如何既能保障学生学练仰卧推起成桥的安全,同时又能在学生原有柔韧素质基础上,均有不同程度的提高。笔者从激发学生兴趣为切入点,指导学生运用学校现有场地器材和人力资源,采用多种方法提高柔韧素质。
“Supine push into a bridge ” is one of the items prescribed in the teaching of gymnastics in primary school physical education. In the long-term teaching practice, some students found that muscle or ligament damage occurred during the practice because of their innate flexibility and improper practice methods. How can we not only ensure that students can learn to practice supine and push their bridges safely, but also improve them in varying degrees based on the students’ original and flexible qualities? The author from the excitement of students interest as an entry point to guide students to use the school’s existing site equipment and human resources, using a variety of ways to improve the quality of flexibility.
