火电厂FECS系统的Profibus-DP从站的开发与测试

针对火电厂现场总线电气控制系统(fieldbus electric control system,FECS)的需求和特点,结合CSC-831低压测控保护装置,介绍了一种基于ARM微处理器实现DP-V1协议的Profibus-DP从站的软硬件设计。通过搭建典型FECS子系统,以组网试验方式验证了所开发的Profibus-DP的通信性能,分析了FECS合适的通信速率及应用相关问题。采用自主开发的Profibus现场总线主、从站,与装置的应用功能一体化,在性价比和EMC方面更具有优势。 According to the requirements and characteristics of fieldbus electric control system (FECS) in thermal power plant and the low voltage protection and control protection device of CSC-831, a Profibus-DP slave based on ARM microprocessor for DP-V1 protocol is introduced Hardware and software design. By building a typical FECS subsystem, the communication performance of the developed Profibus-DP is verified by the networking test method, and the appropriate communication rate and application related problems of the FECS are analyzed. The use of self-developed Profibus fieldbus master, from the station, and device applications integration, more cost-effective and EMC aspects.
