目的:定性分析中药益智仁挥发油的主要化学成分,为今后的临床药效研究奠定基础。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,使用GC-MS分析挥发油主要化学成分。结果:共分离出122个化学成分,其中42个化学成分匹配度在85%以上,占挥发油总量的74.35%。其中含量高于1%的有9个成分,并以1,2,4,5-四甲苯含量最高(42.96%)。结论:益智仁挥发油主要化学成分为1,2,4,5-四甲苯(42.96%),桃金娘烯醛(4.66%),芳樟醇(4.34%),(-)-4-萜品醇(2.96%),萜品烯(2.21%),圆柚酮(1.48%),β-蒎烯(1.32%),右旋萜二烯(1.25%),(1S)-(+)-3-蒈烯(1.02%),多为不饱和烯烃以及醛、酮、酚类等不饱和含氧化合物,且多是15个碳以下的小分子化合物。
OBJECTIVE: To qualitatively analyze the main chemical components of the volatile oil of Chinese traditional medicine, Zhizhen, and lay the foundation for the study of clinical efficacy in the future. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and the main chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS. Results: A total of 122 chemical constituents were isolated. Among them, the match of 42 chemical constituents was over 85%, accounting for 74.35% of the total volatile oil. Among them, the contents of more than 1% had 9 components, and the content of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene was the highest (42.96%). Conclusion: The main chemical constituents of the essential oil of Yixianneng are as follows: 1,2,4,5 - tetramethylbenzene (42.96%), myrtenal (4.66%), linalool (4.34%), (2.96%), terpinene (2.21%), mefenone (1.48%), β-pinene (1.32%), dextran (1.25%), 3-carene (1.02%), mostly unsaturated alkenes and aldehydes, ketones, phenols and other unsaturated oxygen compounds, and mostly less than 15 carbon atoms small molecule compounds.
