随着大学体育教育观念的变更,以全面育人,素质教育,健康第一,终身体育的教育理念的不断完善,体育教育目标呈现出多元化趋势。体育教学内容朝着统一性与灵活性方向发展,突出了多样性与可接受性。这就给传统的体育教学模式带来了冲击。同时,学生的体育能力也被逐渐重视起来,体育能力是一种特殊能力,它是由知识、技术、技能和智力构成的一种个性身心品质的综合体。这一综合体,在体育运动中表现出来,就是能顺利地、成功地完成一系列体育活动的实践。
