采用紫外分光光度法考察不同厂家恩丹西酮片剂质量，在310nm波长处以标准对照法测定含量，结果均在15min内全部溶出。
UV spectrophotometry was used to investigate the quality of ondansetron tablets from different manufacturers. The content was determined by standard contrast method at the wavelength of 310 nm. The results were all within 15 min.
