本文对大功率可控硅风冷散热器的传热过程进行了分析研究。根据实验观测的资料,提出了传热的物理模型和相应的数学模型,拟定了传热强化的设计计算方法。根据这个方法,设计、研究出多种强化大功率可控硅风冷散热器的新结构型式,并在工业上得到了实际应用。
In this paper, the heat transfer process of the high-power SCR air-cooled radiator is analyzed. According to the experimental observation data, the physical model of heat transfer and the corresponding mathematical model are put forward, and the design calculation method of heat transfer enhancement is drawn up. According to this method, a variety of new structural styles of high power SCR air-cooled radiators have been designed and developed, and have been industrially applied.
