用N2吸附法测定了氢氧化铝镁(简称AMH)的比表面和孔结构,考察了活化温度的影响.发现活化温度上升时,比表面、孔面积和孔体积都随之增加.150℃活化时其比表面为60.82m2/g,孔体积为0.21cm3/g.AMH溶胶粒子干燥时聚集形成了11~13nm的大孔,当活化温度大于250℃时由于脱去结构水,粒子内部产生3nm左右的细孔.同时,还研究了亚甲基蓝(MB)染料在AMH粒子上的吸附,考察了pH的影响.发现MB的吸附量与体系的pH值成正比,pH<10时MB不能被吸附.单分子吸附面积为3.4nm2.
The specific surface area and pore structure of magnesium aluminum hydroxide (AMH) were measured by N2 adsorption method. The influence of activation temperature was investigated. It was found that when the activation temperature is increased, the specific surface, pore area and pore volume increase. When activated at 150 ℃, the specific surface area was 60.82m2 / g and pore volume was 0.21cm3 / g. When AMH sol particles are aggregated to form large pores of 11 ~ 13nm, when the activation temperature is higher than 250 ℃, due to the removal of structural water, 3nm pores are generated inside the particles. At the same time, the adsorption of methylene blue (MB) dye on AMH particles was also investigated, and the influence of pH was investigated. MB adsorption was found to be proportional to the pH of the system, and MB could not be adsorbed at pH <10. Single molecule adsorption area of 3.4nm2.
