苏联秋明工业研究所最近研制了刀体内紧固多边形可转位刀片的新结构车刀,这种装夹刀片的方法(苏联发明证书778940和948546)可提高强度、刚度和可靠性。刀杆1上作有刀片2和支板6的窝孔,以及销钉3和压杆8的交叉孔。销钉上开一个缺口,使其表面与压杆的端面相配。螺钉5通过钢球4作用于支板孔的斜面,而通过压杆8作用于销钉3。在刀片2转位时,松开螺钉5。
The Tyumen Institute of Industrial Technology of the United States recently developed a new structural turning tool for tightening the polygonal indexable insert in the body. The method of clamping the insert (Soviet Certificate of Invention 778940 and 948546) increases strength, stiffness and reliability. The cutter bar 1 is provided with a socket hole of the blade 2 and the support plate 6 and an intersecting hole of the pin 3 and the press bar 8. A notch is made in the pin so that its surface matches the end face of the pressure rod. The screw 5 acts on the slant surface of the support hole through the steel ball 4 and acts on the pin 3 through the pressing rod 8. With the blade 2 indexed, loosen the screw 5.
