近些年来,随着新一轮课程改革的不断深入,提升学生身体素质成为高中阶段体育教育的重要目标。在这样的背景下,传统高中体育教学模式逐渐被更为有效的教学方式所替代,而在此之中,分类教学以其教学针对性和有效提升学生体育学习参与度等优点被日益广泛地应用于高中体育教学中,并取得了不错的效果。鉴于此,笔者将基于自己多年高中体育工作实践,首先对分类教学含义及其意义展开论述,随后据此探究出一些其在高中体育教学中的应用策略,以期为切实有效地提升学生身体素质贡献绵薄之力。
