在三尺讲台前,我工作了15个春秋了。在这期间,我和学生之间的故事每天都在发生。有快乐的,有伤感的,有令人振奋的,也有让人无奈的。点点滴滴,尽管没有什么惊人的壮举,也没有值得称道的大作为,但在这平凡中时而增添了一抹值得记忆的色彩,让我有了感动和快乐。也正是这种感动激励了我,要做一名好教师。我于1996年参加工作,自参加工作之后,我由以前的做事马虎变得越来越认真了,力求在工作中做到严谨、细致。这可能是教师的工作性质所决定的,但真正影响我的还是我的学生。我的一举手、一投足都逃不过学生明亮的眼睛,是这一双双渴求知识的眼
Before the three-foot podium, I worked 15 spring and autumn. During this period, the story between me and the students happened daily. There are happy, sad, exciting, there are people helpless. Bit by bit, although there is no amazing feat, there is no commendable big act, but in this ordinary occasionally adds a touch of memorable color, I have touched and happy.
