1996年广告经营已经从卖方市场转移到买方市场,广告经营要主动走出门才能赢得客户。但是广告主多、区域分布广、行业分布广,而且各个广告主的需求都不同,很难实现广告“直销”。所以,从1996年开始,我们选择了代理制。到目前为止,在《广州日报》总的广告投放量中,通过广告公司代理投放的广告占95%以上。
