杂交稻(包括繁、制种亲本)移植后,其分蘖速度在育秧方式、秧苗素质、秧苗带蘖数、插植规格和深度,以及水肥管理均适宜的情况下,光照与温度是主要影响因子。移植后分蘖速度与温度的关系是,当日平均气温在20—30℃时,温度越高分蘖速度越快。据试验,以亩产千斤的水平,若插单株带2个分蘖以上(即三叉秧)时,每亩达到20万苗的天数与气温呈线性关系:
