建立了高压水射流破碎岩石的有限元计算模型,基于ANSYS软件对高压水射流破岩过程中岩石内部应力的分布规律以及水射流速度对内部应力的影响规律进行了研究。研究结果表明,在射流与岩石冲击接触区域产生的应力最大,然后呈椭圆状向外扩散并逐渐减小;随着水射流冲击速度的增加,岩石内部的应力值也随之急剧增加,因而水射流速度对破岩效果的影响很大,这与实际破碎过程是一致的。
The finite element model of high pressure water jet broken rock was established. Based on the ANSYS software, the distribution rules of internal rock stress during rock breaking of high pressure water jet and the influence law of water jet velocity on internal stress were studied. The results show that the maximum stress occurs in the contact area between the jet and the rock, and then spreads outwards elliptically and decreases gradually. With the increase of the impact velocity of the water jet, the stress value in the rock also increases sharply, Jet velocity has a great influence on the rock breaking effect, which is consistent with the actual crushing process.
