目的:分析血清miR-873和miR-323-3p在异位妊娠(EP)中的表达水平变化,并探讨其表达水平对EP的诊断价值。方法:选择本院妇产科2016年6月至2018年3月收治的72例EP患者作为病例组,同时期自然流产(SA)者70例(SA组)和正常宫内妊娠者(NIP)70例(NIP组)作为对照组。采用RT-PCR检测三组孕妇血清miR-873和miR-323-3p相对表达量,分析EP患者血清miR-873和miR-323-3p表达水平与孕龄的关系,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评估血清miR-873和miR-323-3p对EP的诊断价值。结果:EP组血清miR-873相对表达量显著低于NIP组和SA组(n P<0.05),血清miR-323-3p相对表达量显著高于NIP组和SA组(n P0.05);EP组患者血清miR-873、miR-323-3p与孕龄无相关(n r=0.178、0.145,n P=0.642、0.710);血清miR-873、miR-323-3p诊断EP的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.820、0.889,灵敏度分别为87.50%、86.11%,特异度分别为72.90%、88.57%。n 结论:血清miR-873和miR-323-3p可用于临床辅助诊断EP,具有稳定、特异度高的优势。“,”Objective:To analyze the changes of serum miR-873 and miR-323-3p levels in ectopic pregnancy (EP), and to explore their diagnostic values in EP.Methods:Seventy-two patients with EP admitted to our Gynecology and Obstetrics Department from June 2016 to March 2018 were selected as case group, and 70 patients with spontaneous abortion (SA group) and 70 patients with normal intrauterine pregnancy (NIP group) were used as as control group. Real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the relative expressions of serum miR-873 and miR-323-3p of pregnant women in three groups, and the relationships between levels of serum miR-873 and miR-323-3p with gestational age in EP patients was analyzed. The diagnostic values of serum miR-873 and miR-323-3p in EP were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC).Results:The relative expression level of serum miR-873 in group EP was significantly lower than that in group NIP and group SA (n P<0.05), and the relative expression level of serum miR-323-3p was significantly higher than that in NIP group and SA group (n P0.05); there was no correlation between serum miR-873 and miR-323-3p in group EP with gestational age (n r=0.178, 0.145, n P=0.642, 0.710); the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of serum miR-873 and miR-323-3p in diagnosing EP was 0.820 and 0.889 respectively; the sensitivity was 87.50%, 86.11%, and the specificity was 72.90% and 88.57% respectively.n Conclusions:Serum miR-873 and miR-323-3p can be used for clinical assistant diagnosis of EP, with advantages of high stability and specificity.
