焊縫質量的好坏和焊接操作有很大关系,焊接操作的不正确很可能引起裂縫的出現。在自动及半自动焊接时,只要焊接規范选择地正确,就可以基本上保証焊接質量,但是在手工焊接中,情况就要复杂些。在焊接间断填角焊縫时,往往发现焊段的末端有裂縫出現。这是由于焊段末端的弧坑没有填滿,同时末端部分又是应力集中所在的地方。因此,除了要注意填滿弧坑以外,在填角焊縫結束的地方还应該將焊縫繞回(如图1)。
Weld quality is good or bad and welding operation has a lot to do, the welding operation is not correct may cause cracks. In automatic and semi-automatic welding, as long as the welding specifications are properly selected, the quality of the welding can be basically guaranteed, but in manual welding, the situation is more complex. In the weld intermittent fillet weld, weld often found at the end of a crack appears. This is because the crater at the end of the crater is not filled, while the end part is where the stress concentration. Therefore, in addition to taking care to fill the crater, the weld should be looped back at the end of the fillet weld (Figure 1).
