储热水箱是燃气和太阳能热水供应设施的必要部件,建立具有顶部热源和上下两个进水口的储热水箱的三维模型,运用数值模拟工具研究不同总进水流量和上下进水比对水箱性能的影响,并与实验结果进行对比。结果表明:进水的喷射动量和浮力共同驱动水箱内冷热水的流动与混合,进水的位置和流量均对水箱温度有影响,上下进水流量之比则与总水流量和上下进水面积比有关。
The hot water storage tank is an essential part of the gas and solar hot water supply facilities. A three-dimensional model of the hot-water storage tank with the top heat source and the upper and lower water intakes is established. Numerical simulation tools are used to study the different total water inflow and up-down water ratio On the tank performance, and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the injection momentum and buoyancy of influent water jointly drive the flow and mixing of hot and cold water in the water tank. The location and flow of water inflow have an impact on the temperature of the water tank. The ratio of inflow to inflow is compared with the total water flow and water inflow Area ratio.
