素质教育的一个重要部分就是体育教学,而学生在体育活动中的参与度则对教学效果有着直接影响。中学阶段,学生具有较强的好奇心和好胜心,教师应把握其心理、性格特点,通过培养其团队精神来激发其对体育学习的兴趣。教师在课堂上可开展一些团队协作活动,挖掘学生潜力,增强其自信心,达到预期的教学目标。一、统一学生思想,加强团队联系统一学生的思想,使其充分重视团队精神,是培养其体育团队精神的重要前提。
An important part of quality education is physical education, while the participation of students in sports activities has a direct impact on teaching effectiveness. Secondary school, students have a strong curiosity and ambition, teachers should grasp their psychological and personality traits, through the training of their team spirit to stimulate their interest in sports learning. Teachers in the classroom can carry out some teamwork activities, tap the potential of students, enhance their self-confidence, to achieve the desired teaching goals. First, to unify the thinking of students, to strengthen the idea that the team connects with the uniformed students and make them fully attach importance to the team spirit is an important prerequisite for cultivating their sports team spirit.
