1986年11月1～3日在桂林石油部六公司焊接培训中心召开了中国机械工程学会焊接学会焊接培训组织委员会成立大会。参加大会的有来自全国18个焊接培训中心及有关单位的31名代表。会议传达了焊接学会第三届理事会批准的组织章程、领导成员推荐名单和成员单位的规定。与会代表一致认为焊接培训组织委员会的成立是工业发展的必然产物,是我国四化建设的需要,是承担国内外焊接工程的需要,焊接培训组织委员会的成立必将对我国焊接技术发展起到重要的推动作用。
On November 1-3, 1986, the establishment of the welding training organization committee of the Welding Society of the China Mechanical Engineering Society was held at the Welding Training Center of the Sixth Company of the Guilin Petroleum Ministry. At the conference, 31 delegates from 18 welding training centers and related units across the country attended the conference. The meeting conveyed the provisions of the organization charter, the list of recommended members and the member units approved by the third council of the Welding Society. The delegates agreed that the establishment of the welding training organization committee is an inevitable outcome of industrial development, a requirement for China’s four modernization projects, and a commitment to domestic and foreign welding projects. The establishment of welding training organization committee will surely play an important role in the development of China’s welding technology. The role of promotion.
