成人鼻石文献有报道。笔者曾见4例儿童鼻石,现将1例巨大儿童鼻石报告如下。 患儿 男,11岁。因右侧鼻堵、臭脓涕,间有血性分泌物及同侧头痛2年于1982年6月2日就诊。否认鼻异物塞入及鼻部外伤史。检查:左鼻腔正常。吸净右鼻腔脓血性分泌物,喷入1％盐酸麻黄素生理盐水滴鼻液,使鼻粘膜收缩。鼻镜见右鼻道被灰棕色不规则块状物充塞,表面附着脓性分泌物,拭净后用异物钩触探时稍有上移,坚硬如石叩击有声,异物占据鼻底及大部分下鼻道。用少许
