用微电极技术记录离体豚鼠心室肌细胞动作电位,观察营养液温度雯化对动作电位时程的影响。结果表明:随营养液温度的升高,动作电位复极50%(APD_(50))和复极90%(APD_(90))的时程均缩短。这一结果为体温升高引起心率加快提供了电生理学依据。
Microelectrode technique was used to record the action potentials of isolated guinea pig ventricular myocytes. The effect of temperature on the action potential duration was observed. The results showed that the duration of APD 50 and APD 90 decreased with the increase of nutrition temperature. This result provides an electrophysiological basis for an increase in heart rate caused by an increase in body temperature.
