遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“一切产品,不但求数量多,而且求质量好,耐穿耐用”的教导,根据一机部关于机械工业产品质量检查评比活动计划的指示精神,由上海市电器科学研究所、上海开关厂、沈阳低压开关厂、北京低压电器厂、西安微电机厂、长征电器一厂、湖南开关厂等46个单位共70人组成了“低压电器行业质量检查组”。于1974年9月～11月对28个省、市、自治区的57个低压电器制造厂的114台自动开关和交流接触器进行了出厂试验项目的检查和专业工艺的调查。这次检查是在73年质量检查的基础上进行的。
In accordance with the instructions of the great leader Chairman Mao on “All products, not only quantity, but also good quality, durability and durability”, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Machinery Industry on the quality inspection and appraisal activities of the machinery industry, Shanghai Electric Research Institute Seventy-six people, including the Shanghai Switch Factory, Shenyang Low-voltage Switch Factory, Beijing Low-voltage Switchgear Factory, Xi’an Micro-motor Factory, Changzheng Electric Appliance Factory, and Hunan Switch Factory, formed a “Quality Inspection Group for the Low-voltage Electrical Appliance Industry.” From Sep. to Nov. 1974, inspection and ex-factory inspections were conducted on 114 automatic switches and AC contactors at 57 low-voltage electrical manufacturing plants in 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions. This inspection was based on the 73-year quality inspection.
