亚洲——太平洋地区广播联盟(简称‘亚广联’),成立于1964年。1973年,我国以“中华人民共和国广播电视机构”的名义参加亚广联,现为理事会成员。 亚广联电视大奖从1965年起设立,每年评选一次。1993年10月在新西兰奥克兰第举行的亚广联第30届年会上,中央电视台摄制的电视纪录片《最后的山神》荣获亚广联电视大奖。这次共有48个国家和地区的电视机构选送了27个电视节目参赛,角逐十分激烈。《最后的山神》独得大奖,本刊编辑部为中国电视走向世界热烈庆贺。《最后的山神》的摄制极富对外特色,在国际上得奖说明电视传播内外有别的方针是正确的。本刊特发专辑旨在让全国电视同仁从中得到借鉴和启迪。 Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (“BBG”), was established in 1964.
