随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深化,对现代医院管理水平的要求也不断提升。医院人事档案管理是现代管理活动中一项重要的内容,而思想政治工作与人事档案管理的目标从某种程度上说具有一致性,二者都是以人作为活动的核心,实现人与医院的共同发展。因此,将思想政治工作充分融入到医院的人事档案管理中,能够充分发挥思想政治工作的作用,从而促进医院管理水平的全面提升。本文就主要针对思想政治工作与医院人事档案管理的相关问题进行简单的分析。
