普光气田主体天然气中硫化氢含量为10%-18%。随着系统压力的不断降低,天然气中元素硫在天然气中的溶解度降低,在地面流程节流处形成沉积硫,导致节流前后出现压差,严重时形成硫堵,影响气井安全生产。因而,通过对地面流程堵塞问题进行深入分析,并选择合理的处理措施和解决方案,防止流程堵塞问题对气井正常生产造成不利的影响,对气田安全、平稳开采具有重要的意义。
Puguang gas field natural gas hydrogen sulfide content of 10% -18%. With the continuous decrease of system pressure, the solubility of elemental sulfur in natural gas is reduced, and the deposition of sulfur occurs at the throttling point of the ground flow, leading to the pressure difference before and after throttling, and the formation of sulfur plugging in severe cases, affecting the safety of gas wells. Therefore, it is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable mining of gas field through in-depth analysis of the clogged flow in the ground and the selection of reasonable treatment measures and solutions to prevent the flow blockage from adversely affecting the normal production of the gas well.
