汽室阀体一般由阀体圈和尾部两个锻造毛坯,经粗车后再焊接成一体。用这种方法制成的锻坯加工余量大,费工费料,工件质量差。后来我厂改在3吨自由锻锤上用胎模复合挤压的新工艺进行整体锻造,收到满意的效果,其工件见图a。阀体的整体锻造,节约了钢材,实现了全纤维锻造,提高了零件的内在质量。若按年产50台机车,每年可节约6千元。
