在 CTMAC 存在下,探讨镓与邻苯二酚紫的显色反应,研究了镓—邻苯二酚紫—CTMAC 显色体系的最佳条件。体系的最大吸收波长为650nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(650)=1.05×10~5 L/mol·cm。在0.15~26μg镓/25mL 符合比耳定律。
In the presence of CTMAC, the color reaction of gallium with catechin violet was studied, and the optimum conditions of gallium-pyrocatechol purple -CTMAC color system were studied. The maximum absorption wavelength of the system is 650nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity ε_ (650) = 1.05 × 10 ~ 5 L / mol · cm. Beer’s law is obeyed at 0.15 ~ 26μg gallium / 25mL.
