[目的]探讨中药尿路清(由白花蛇舌草、土茯苓、地肤子、黄柏、崩大碗等组成)对解脲支原体(Uu)的抑菌作用。[方法]以测定药物抑制微生物的最低浓度(MIC)的方法测定尿路清对解脲支原体(Uu)国际标准菌株和临床菌株的敏感性,并以红霉素和四环素做对比,测定63株Uu临床菌株分别对尿路清、红霉素、四环素的敏感性,以判断菌株对尿路清的耐药情况。[结果]尿路清对解脲支原体(Uu)国际标准株(T8)的MIC为7.81mg/mL。63株Uu临床菌株中,31株为四环素耐药株,13株为红霉素耐药株,经统计学检验,Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性分别与对四环素和红霉素的敏感性之间无明显联系(x2=1.85,P>0.05;x2=1.24,P>0.05),对四环素和对红霉素耐药者并不。定对尿路清耐药。[结论]中药尿路清时Uu国际标准株(T8)显示出较强的体外抑菌作用,对临床耐红霉素、四环素的Uu菌株亦敏感。
[Objective] To investigate the antibacterial effect of urinary tract Qingluo (composed of Hedyotis diffusa, Radix Scutellariae, Kochia scoparia, Phellodendron chinense, and Qunda bowl) on Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu). [Method] The sensitivity of urinary tract clearing to the Uuplasma urealyticum (Uu) international standard strains and clinical strains was determined by measuring the minimum concentration (MIC) of the drug-inhibiting microorganisms, and 63 strains were determined by comparing erythromycin and tetracycline. The Uu clinical strains were sensitive to urinary tract erythromycin, erythromycin and tetracycline to determine the resistance of the strain to urinary tract clearing. [Results] The MIC of urinary tract clearing ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) international standard strain (T8) was 7.81 mg/mL. Of the 63 Uu clinical strains, 31 were tetracycline resistant strains and 13 were erythromycin resistant strains. After statistical tests, Uu clinical strains were sensitive to urinary tract clear and sensitive to tetracycline and erythromycin, respectively. There was no significant correlation between sex (x2=1.85, P>0.05; x2=1.24, P>0.05), and it was not true for tetracycline and erythromycin resistance. Set clear resistance to urinary tract clearance. [Conclusion] The Uu international standard strain (T8) exhibited strong antibacterial activity in vitro during the urinary tract clearing of Chinese herbs, and was also sensitive to clinically resistant erythromycin and tetracycline Uu strains.
